Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
At Balgo Creations, we take great care in packaging every hamper and dry fruit product with quality, hygiene, and presentation in mind.
No Refunds
We do not provide refunds for any order.
No Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns once the order has been delivered.
Exchange Only
We only offer exchange in case the product delivered is:
- damaged
- defective
- incorrect
- missing an item
Mandatory Opening Video
To be eligible for any exchange, the customer must record a clear opening video of the package.
The video must:
- start before opening the package
- clearly show the sealed parcel and shipping label
- capture the full unboxing process in one continuous video
- clearly show the damaged, defective, or incorrect item
Without a proper opening video, no exchange request will be accepted.
Reporting Time
Any issue must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery along with:
- order number
- opening video
- photos of the product and packaging
- brief description of the issue
Customized Orders
Customized, personalized, bulk, festive, wedding, and corporate orders are non-returnable and non-refundable. Exchange will only be considered in case of damage, defect, or wrong product, and only with a valid opening video.
Delivery Timeline
Orders are generally delivered within 4–5 days, unless stated otherwise.
